Ole boy on the radio racin' show run 'is mouth for a half hour 'bout how great the NNS race was on a road course yestitty. Tolt folks there was gonna be pushin' 'n shovin' 'n hot tempers – as if ya don't see that at damned near every oval - in California taday. Yessir, them there right 'n left things is the best thing goin'............

Close of the show he 'n 'nother guy are talkin' 'bout the show what follows 'is 'n the joke 'bout the host hypin' up borin' soccer matches.

The boy was wrong. The sports talk guy (Bronco Fedola?) followin' his show spent the first half hour talkin' 'bout Taylor Swift 'n Bruce Springstein. Now he's talkin' Johnny Football or I'd been sittin' in silence 'n on the phone with Verizon.

Dude, try Roush is strugglin', not Ford. Might give ya a wee bit more credibility.

Remember the 'Ford is strugglin'' thing Penske didn't get the memo on?. This mornin' the boy does a Honda spot. Reckon someone else scribbled it for 'im ta read, whatever. Informs the listeners Honda has powered nine out of the last ten winners of the open wheel thing in Indiana.

Don't follow that form of racin' closely but I'm kinda thinkin' for nine of those ten years Honda was the only engine supplier for that series. Guess for those years, Honda was responsible for 100% of all DNFs due to engine failures too.

Geezzz..... No wonder we suffer the O'Bama presidency........

I read last night that Mark Martin is coming back to Jack as a Driver development coach. Mark can't stay away from Nascar for very long, it is good to see him and Jack back together.

Reckon he did all he could for the woman. Got 'er from 27th in last year's final standin's ta a strong, current 28th. She's learnin'.

Dunno, M2. Stenhouse ain't talkin' 'n the sponsors are keepin' mum but she's qualified an average of 21.6 this season - average finish of 25th. That is goin' down. But, she's learnin'.

Rumors had Edwards' seats bein' fitted in JGR cars last time. When Carl 'n JD announce it I'll believe it. He sure ain't gonna bring nothin' useful but hisownself. Roush's stuff's weaker'n JGRs.

Ain't thinkin' drivers are RFR's main issue. Biffle knows what he's doin' despite age but he ain't exactly one the others fear. Take away the Bristol race, track position 'n all but a couple competitive cars out or walkin' wounded, the other a road thing 'n Edwards ain't done much either. Can't lower rate Edwards for the wins but he ain't been much in the rest.

Seein' those two fightin' with Mears, Menard, the Petty drivers 'n the like ain't makin' sense.

Stenhouse 'n Bayne ain't much ta stake yer future on, Martin er no Martin.

The Penske Fords seem to perform better than the rest of the Fords. I don't Edwards can win a championship with Roush right now. Maybe he can win with JGR. I don't see him going anywhere but there.

I watched some the Dallas Preseason game against San Diego. PITIFUL!  I am not sure they can win one regular season game, If last night is any indication.

I tell myself the game yesterevenin' was just an exhibition game. They looked right good but it don't count 'n it ain't the final 53 of either team. It does, however, raise morale just a bit.

What's disturbin' is the learned commentators are sayin' they got a good shot at a 2012 type season 'n they're puttin' the Jones team in the cellar. That kinda talk doesn't bode well for the 'Skins.

Again, I'm lowerin' the bar of expectation. Just lookin' for one more win than last year. Anything better is gravy.

They had said that Dallas would only win 3 games in the season, before preseason even started. I think that one game is more likely, even no games like the 89 season.

Don't know who yer hearin' it from but that's the same prediction I'm hearin' from the Fox Sports thing WTAR Radio carries. Same bunch with the guy runnin' the racin' show on Sunday mornin's that thinks Ford is strugglin'. Wish JGR was strugglin' along like Penske is.
