The Brownies surprised the crap outta just about everybody yesterday, myself included. I think Hoyer's earned himself another couple starts.Being Brady's understudy may have benefitted him greatly

Then 5-Hour President Scott Henderson took a peculiar stance Sunday at New Hampshire, where he seemed to question NASCAR chairman Brian France's decision not to punish Penske Racing the same way it did MWR for trying to manipulate the Richmond race to get Joey Logano into the Chase, and perhaps for expanding the Chase field to 13 drivers to accommodate Jeff Gordon.

"There's a lot of talk about integrity," Henderson said. "When the guy who's in charge can say, 'I can do whatever I want and I'm going to do it and I just did,' I wonder about integrity. I want to make sure we can win in this sport, OK?"

I am hoping that the Bengals can take of him and the Browns. I am a big Andy Dalton fan, he played College ball at TCU and I got to see him play a lot. He has done well with the Bengals.

Arcey, I was glad to hear the Skins won and sad that the Bengals lost. We had the Cowboys-Chargers game and I did not watch it. Payton really lit up the Eagles on Sunday for a record setting 52 points.

Turned the show on yestitty evenin’. Put some stuff up from the kids’ visit. Crashed. Pull the results up this mornin’. A phantom debris caution 26 laps from the finish. Imagine that.

Saw the TV ratin’s from the thing last week. 1.1. Last year it was a 1.4. That’s where the money is. Hope it keeps up 'til its closest TV competition is high school lacrosse. Gonna be the only thing that brings some sense back into it.

The Fox thing put up a ‘who’s gonna win’ thing between he ‘n Harvick. Hadda picture of Gordon lookin’ all focused ‘n determined.

Damn. Go back the last 200 races ‘n he’s won 6. He hasn’t won at Charlotte since ’07. The way I was raised, that ain’t indicative of the greatest of odds.

But, they’re tryin’ to get the fan boys spendin’ money so I guess it stands to reason they’d stir ‘em up. The intellectually challenged were doin’ the ‘go 24’ thing. Run out ‘n buy ‘em a new 24 hat with the number sewn in off center.

From the few articles I scanned it looked like another track position versus tires thing brought on by a bogus caution ‘n Knaus ‘n Johnson fouled it up.

NASCAR would not call out JJ or Knaus for that, just everybody else. It is like NASCAR is trying to manipulate the outcome of the championship in either JJ or WW's favor.
