...and I'm already looking forward to the 2009 NCOWS Convention to be held, once again at the Reardon Center/Hilton Garden Inn in lovely downtown Kansas City, Kansas!

The Mrs. and I REALLY enjoyed our experience, and would like to extend our gratitude and congratulations to all of those who planned and executed the entire event.  Penny was feeling a little under the weather, and couldn't participate as much as she'd liked, but when asked how she liked it..."I had a blast!".  She is doing much better today, and appreciates those who asked about how she was feeling.  We don't make it to a lot of shoots (GAF Musters, mostly), but it was great getting to see old friends and making new ones.  We both have determined that we will be more active in our "most local" Posse  (KVC), 'cuz well, they're just good folks (just like the rest of NCOWS).

Guns,  I second your sentiments. If a great time was not had by all, those who didn't weren't trying. Sorry to hear that Penny was under the weather. I can certainly sympathize as I had to leave early for the same reason. Look forward to see you at more KVC shoots this year. Are Ya coming to the 2 Gun shoot in May?

We're hoping to make the two-gun shoot in May, and probably the Trade Days later this summer.  Haven't planned much past that - except for next year's Convention.

I missed it last year, and seeing as how I have a passel of "quality, field-tested treasures" to let loose on the buying public. . .
I am so there! ;D

DUH!!!
I was reading another post after I posted the above, and realized the 2-Gun shoot and Trade Days were the same event.  I dashed back here to edit my post before anyone saw my "faux pas".  I see I was a little slow on the draw in that event. Actually, I was thinking of the "1880's Town" event held later in the year.  I'll show up and do something....
