Actually the BLB is evolving and becoming more of what I'd wanted it to be from the git go.  I'm lookin' for more input from pards that are doing the shooting.  They are the real source of learning.

I mailed out a lot of 'em.  Put 'em in envelopes with a first class stamp on 'em so that they would arrive intact.  I hate newsletters that arrive in a plastic bag with an apology from the USPS about how it got eaten.

There is really serious news developing at BLB HQ.  It's starting to become a problem weeding it down to the number of sheets of paper that I can send for a first class stamp.  Smaller type?  Thinner paper?

Not a chance that all the molds would be made by the new source.  The price would be too high, but for the big Mk-III 500 grain it's the right thing to do.  LEE will keep on making the Six cavity molds.  I'm working to get the tolerances tightened up some.

Dick it will be  a little while before I am back into shooting , with the move and all. BUT when I get going I'll be more than happy to help with things like Chrono work and group size . Even publish the target and have it witnessed.

Received mine too. I suppose I should contribute some articles for you to use, maybe on the trials and tribulations of using a LEE moulds. Some do's and don'ts, as it were. DD, so is that piece of paper good for my 390 grain mould I have on backorder, or just for NEW orders? That's actually a good idea, may have to make some up for my better customers, kinda a customer appreciation sort of deal.

How about a boolit designed like a shrunk down EPP-UG for that .36 navy?  I'd need a consensus on chamber and bore dimensions so that the bullets would work in as many different .36s as possible.  So, what diameter are yours?  What size round ball are you runnin' now?  What's the bore size and the chamber size?

I'll run up the flag and see who salutes it.  Maybe a Subscription order?

Great job on the latest bulletin....   How about some articles on keepin those Lee molds fine tuned?   That would really be of interest to me and the Dusty Trailrider.

Notice on the other site, all this testin stuff??   Tested a long time ago with my guns and liked the results, thats why I'm a customer as well as shootin Pard of yours.  31 below here Sat. mornin, two feet of snow on the ground...The Mrs. is tal;kin cruise.

Great suggestion on the mold prep/tuneup/storage questions.  I've got some good ways to make my molds work and I invite any insight that other pards can contribute.  I'll start a thread on just that subject.

All that testin' stuff over on TOR is a mental battle between a Troll, his name rhymes with Lars, and anything to do with Big Lube™ products.  I'm takin' the high road and letting him and his ilk stew in their own juices.  This is a far better place to hang out.  Lots more positive stuff.

I have a "test" in the works.  I'll send you an emule on it.  Expect some howling when it's published.

Throw another log on the fire.  I'll be doing the same.
