Hello all, I'm a newbie here wanting to get into CAS

I'm needing to buy a rifle and plan on getting a 1892

The new 2008 product line came out and puma has a new model rifle.
They still have their original carbine with the loading gate, but they also have a 357 & 44mag in a model with the loading gate and tube loading (just like their 454 and 480).
Only difference is of course the little brass piece and the cut on the tube

I'm curouis if this tubefed gun is accepted in the rules, accepted but looked down upon, or if this is a great concept that people will buy into.

I'm not sure why anyone would want to do that, but I guess they have their reasons.

Sorry I don't have an answer to your question.
People like me are the reason people like you have the right to bitch about people like me.

I don't either, Forty Rod. Kinda like, it's acceptable one th Henry Big Boy, so maybe we oughta do it on ours. >:(

curtism1234,

It will probably be legal in SASS, but I will bet dollars-to-the-donuts that it won't be in NCOWS. ;)
