Morning folks , changed my photo and just wanted to say that I'm proud to ell ya the old dude in the photo is Cst. John Thomas MacDonald , Reg.Number 6090 , Royal Northwest Mounted Police  and my wifes granddad.

he was posted in Southern Alberta ..Turner Valley to the US border and up into Crowsnest Pass area. The photo is of him somewhere around 1910. Great old guy , I was proud to know him and proud to follow him into the RCMP.
