Hoof Hearted

Is it just me or does this sight look a lot like a "cone" front sight as on ealry "Army" model Remingtons and Beales revolvers?

I'm thinking it might be just the ticket on my Euroarms that is beginning to look just like a Beales ;D
I wonder if that hammer might fit also?

You know those Italians.....they like to share parts.

Hendershot

I agree HH. They look like the old orig style cone sight. Something I have noticed is that the repo's in the 58's have a much taller front sight than any org that I've seen. So the org's shot lower. Maybe the two can't compare.

These taller front sights currently on the repros are a god send for converions!
I shoot both originals and repos as conversions and the 240 to 25o grain Hell bullets shoot about 65 inches high in the originals but dead on with the repos. I'm not sure how the roundballs would shoot (cause I don't shoot em) but I would garner to say that you would be right!

No I just gotta find me a couple of Pietta Rogers and Spencer sights! :D
