I just bought a new Cimarron sight unseen.  Turns out it is a TTN made in the PRC.  I thought it was going to be an Uberti made gun.  Oh well I understand it is a good SXS.  I have searched and found some info on take down but I need some help with getting the bolt out. The bolt and top lever mechanism can use some smoothing.  I have the stock off and have removed the top lever screw.  I can not see exactly what holds all this locking mechanism together. The top lever pivot seems to be my problem.  Can anyone tell me how to complete this takedown?  Does anyone know if Walt who was at TTN is still available.  Mine did not come with an extra set of springs.
HEY NEVER MIND ABOUT THE TAKEDOWN, as soon as I wrote this I went back out to the shop and found the cross pin that holds this all together.  I still would like to know about where to get lighter springs though.
Thanks

You found the magic pin so that is good.  I just ground the stock springs down and then polished them.  The Chicom steel is pretty good so they have held up just fine.  Later when they sent me the new springs (they were supposed to come with the gun, but for a while they were behind on the production of the lighter springs) mine were lighter and smoother than the factory light springs..
