Think we should get out a mop and broom and spiffy up the place? It's the 10th of the month, we might have an influx of people in here shortly.

Speaking of cornfused:

I saw my first Wisconsin quarter today. On the back is a COW, cheese, and corn. Under that, it says "Forward."

Slim, my dear cousin, that is one strange quarter.

Yep, I think it is strange too. The other one that was in the running had a fur trapping/trading theme. It liked that one better, but I was overruled.  ::)

Esssprrreeeesssooo Slim.

I've seen the top five for Newbrasskey, they ain't bad.  The one that is in the top by vote is really nice and was my first choice.  It will do us good.  Chimmany Rock/Orygun/CallyforianTrail theme.  I like it cause I see hidden meanin's in it few others do. ;D  But thats cause my mind is awake from lots of caffine.

I'd wait till they all leave when TFS comes back up, if it goes down.  They always leave such a mess here.  Course more and more are startin' to hang round when it's up. ;D ;D

We'll I was workin' on it but ya beat me to it. ;D ;D  You were spossed to ask me what a hidden meanin' in the "Great Platte River Road" theme for our quarter was. ;D ;D ;D

Is that Swiss or Cheddar?................Buck 8) ::) ::) ;D
I might be slow, but I'm mostly accurate.....

Delmonico

It looks like it has holes in it so it must be Swiss.  That would be proper cause that stuff we call Swiss cheese was invented in Wissyconsion. (And it is a fine cheese)  Much of the cheese made in Swizterland has holes in it, but it ain't called Swiss cheese.

Sadly American Cheese used to be what Cheddar was called, then they invented that other stuff around WWI and gave the name American Cheese as a marketing ploy.

Does any one know what the holes in Swiss cheese and others with holes really is. ;D ;D

Hmmm... considering who asked that question, I'd say the holes are the result of the release of gases while the curd is solidifying, in other words... they're from cheese farts.

In the Amish counties south and west of me, there are a bunch of cheese makers. Bout anything you could want. I'm kind of partial to Walnut Creek brand, made in( where else?) Walnut Creek! ::) It's a mild swiss and is great in sandwhiches. The commercial stuf is an almost square package?/brick as opposed to a rectangular one. Also there's a Winery down there that's A-One, called Breitenbach's............Buck 8) ::) ;D ;D
