Dragoons finally finished

   Several months ago I posted some pictures of a set of 3rd Model Dragoons that I was converting to .45 Colt.  Well I finally got them done and test fired yesterday.  I am very happy with them.  I will try to post some photos soon.  I had used a lot of brass originally but changed it all to steel and they look great.  Just thought I would let those interested know.

I for one want to see your finished pictures.  I actually have  a 3rd model on order from Taylors with an RandD cyliinder in 45 colt.

I have the other pistol to put the firing pin in and do a lot of polishing and cleanup. We have some bad weather coming so probably can get some of the finish work done this weekend.  I'll try to do some shooting in a day or so.
