Why?

Because everyone has days where it seems that nothing goes right. When asked, more often than not, the person doesn't want to rehash all the sorry and sordid details of why the day stinks. He'll just shake his head and say "I reckon it just ain't my day."

We all have days like that, we all have LOTS of days like that.

But once in a while, it'd be nice to have the opposite kind of day, where a pardner smiles and says: "Heh, I reckon it is my day."

Is there a reason why the not so good days happen on one particular day over another? Nope. So there's no reason for this one, either. Yesterday was your day, Vern, that's all.
