It's weird how sometimes deer are attracted to an object, we had an old Ford pick-up down at the farm, used it a lot hunting cause we had a local farm plate on it.  Seems like half the time we came back to it, deer were standing around it, sometimes we could see it 1/4 mile away with them looting in the windows and the box.

One of only 3 bucks I ever had a chance to get a shot at that I thought worthy of hangin' on the wall ended up broadside when the chance came, broadside to the grill of the pick-up, 150 yards away.  Was a bit afraid the Nosler Partition might go on through and get the radiator, was a 5 mile walk back to the farm.

Mornin' pards. Great coffee, Stoney, thanks. It was a lot nicer when we got up today. The sky is clear and cold. I built a big fire in the woodstove last night just before hitting the sack. It was still glowing this morning when we got up. We have to head out in a few minutes for Pacific Grove. Be back later on.
