Dragoon triggerguards

Does anyone know if a triggerguard for a Uberti 2nd model Dragoon could be customized (with out to much trouble or cost ) to fit a 3rd model Dragoon?

3rd Model Dragoon what?  Original, Pietta or Uberti?  If it's for a Uberti it should bolt right on.  Only difference is that the second is squareback and the third is round.

What P-fogger said.  Iffn it's an Uberti, jus buy a 1st or 2nd Mod. squareback guard from VTI and bolt it on to that 3rd Mod.  You might have to do a minor amount of fitting, but brass is easy to work with. 

I have a Colt 1st Mod. and supposedly, some Uberti parts will fit, but not all.  I love the squareback look but it sometimes bites my knuckle.  Oh, well.      I'm NOT changing it!

Yes it will be a Uberti. I have a chance at buying the 3rd model at a good price but I like the look of the squareback triggerguard so I'll be changing it. I didn't know that Pietta made the Dragoon?
