DGW .56-50 blanks

I'll be getting parts to put my M.1860 rifle into shape soon (new magazine with flat follower, centerfire breechblock, etc.) and was wondering if anyone had tried out Dixie Gun Works' .56-50 blanks for action testing. I like to test out the actions with dummies, and since I'm not setup for reloading, yet, thought that these might be a good substitute.
