Yeeeee Haaaaa! Great Shoot

[Missouri Marshal]

Me and the dirty Tricky Trina jus got home from the SASS WV State Championship.  My gal did great!  She won First Place Ladies Frontier Cartridge.  We had a great time, got ta see some old pards and meet some new great ones.   She also won first place in Ladies Long Range Single shot, Long Range Lever Action Rifle Caliber, Speed Pocket Pistol, Speed Derringer and Speed 2 X 2(speed double barrel derringer with a reload)The shoot was in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia(like there is anyplace in WV that isn't mountains).  We camped in our new trailer next to our great friends Longhorn Louie, Wichita Wanda, Barbara Blue Eyes and we put up with Cumberland Lou.(somebody had to)  It was a really great weekend for Fire and Brimstone.

   YIKES!!!!!
Slim, did ya have to make it soooooooooooo big? 

I had a blast!  There was a point during the shoot that I looked up towards the berm in the early mornin' and I couldn't see anything because of the solid white cloud that MM made during his shoot!  It was worse that that proverbial "pea soup" ya hear so much about!  I made many spotters and ROs cough and scratch their heads.  This benefit of the doubt goes to the shooter is a WONDERFUL thing!   

Can't wait to do it again........  Yep, I'm hooked!  I'll get my feather from QT Kate in November - hence the purple flower.  BTW, the shirt was bought long before I even thought of the Holy Black.
