Ottawa Creek Bill

I thought I would bring this topic up to date. So far we have a total of 20 individuals that are interested & have sent me their e-mail address.

I've been working on an outline/guidelines for a newsletter and what I would like to see in it, I'll finish it up when I get back from Montana at the end of October and e-mail it to you for your input. In the mean time, if you all have any thing in particular you would like to see in it e-mail me with that information.

Any contributions that you would like to submit that pertains to what we are doing send them to me and I'll incorporate them into the letter, remember this is a team effort.

Seeing who has responded to this topic, I know I won't have to remind everyone to make sure your research and reference your submissions with at least one or two primary sources of documentation, more is better.

Kanza, two Flints & Irish John....

While I'm setting this up, please send me your e-mail information, and any material you'd like to contribute. Right now I'm in the process of researching and storing data. I'm leaving for Montana on the 18th of Oct., and I'll have some time to work on it while my son and I are out there elk hunting (during the evening).

Two Flints,
That is an excellent photo, I've saved it to my archives......

If any of you do one of the impressions/persona's that are listed in this topic, why not write it down and e-mail it to me along with a photo of yourself in the clothing you would wear doing your impression.

It doesn't have to be long winded and lengthy, one or two pages typed or free hand will do.

I intend to feature them in the newsletter I am going to put together. Also you may want to list any frontier skills appropriate for the 19th century you have, such as tanning, blacksmithing etc;

Please, don't do it on this forum.....not yet anyway.
