GOEX Powder site

This morning I learned that the GOEX powder site on the internet has been suspended, can anyone  add further information as to why?

The GOEX powder internet site is up and running. Seems some hacker(s) infected the site with a virus of some sort. The moderaters, howver cleaned the site and it is now back on line.
