The toys have been a mumbling a lot recently. But tonight I am hearing some laughing and partying go on in the ole safe. They know they are finally gonna belch SMOKE, breath FIRE, make lotsa STINK and with a glorious chorus sing many BOOOOOOOOOMs.

Must be gittin old. I furgot to mention that my application for BRR went in this week. Been holdin off onna count of my youngest due to deliver my fifth granyouning (second grandson) on April 10. I were told I could go off and join the Roundup ifn I kept the electronic teliphone nearby. I told her she either needs to start the jumpin jacks April 1 or hold off until April 12. I will be happy ta see the new granson but hope he understands the need to make SMOKE, FIRE, BOOOOOOM and STINK. Actually I think he will purty good at the last two just like his granpappy is!!

I stayed up here to care for some sick family members but told to head south for my fun tomorrow.

It will be an early am but I am packed and ready!

I'm still here....

but not for long.
All southbound flights to East Coast destinations were cancelled yesterday due to the storm. It was just hanging around and snowing. Still spitting snow last night. Don't know about today yet.

Anyway....I am coming back to the Old Dominion today. I am sad that I am missing the shoot at Mattaponi.

Gonna try to make the 2-day shoot there next month. Y'all that are shootin' today have a great time.

I have not eaten much since saturday evening.

Down all sunday and home today - as i try to keep down a little solid food.

Goin' 'round, PR. Got me a couple weeks ago 'n I ain't had a cold er flu in years 'fore. I blame the fat lady bringin' it home from that darned school fullah rug rats.

Here's yer prescription:

Arcey's Own Poultry Noodle Soup

2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup w/ roasted garlic
3 empty cans water
1 envelope onion soup mix - optional
1 of whatever looks proper of parsley sprinkles
1 lb. or so of chicken or turkey
1 c. noodles of choice (added 1 ½ to 2 hours before serving)

Four to six hours on low in the crock pot. Let'r simmer. Stir 'n sample occasionally

Fer medicinal purposes, add a teaspoon er two of 2f. Ya won't get the fire er smoke from it but ya will get the BOOM 'n stink. Week er so yer gonna be fine as a fiddle.....

WW - sorry I could not make it to Wakefield.

We met with our Real Estate people saturday and i started dimantling my "reloading facility" in the basement.

I am really glad i was very agressively reloading this winter. I have more than enough ammo to make it through the summer with reloading - all ammo except shotgun.

I have hand tools to do that if I have to but Mom Inlaw may let me set up shop in Williamsburg while i am there - at least for shotgun.

I probably owe Nate a phone call cause i think it told him i was coming.

I may come down for the shoot in Richmond and think i will be shooting at least one day at the "gathering" - still working that out.

I am definitely going to Lexingston state shoot.

Wow - amazing how much "stuff" i had packed away in such a little space.

Loaded up all the empty shotgun brass i have and then packed everything up.

Feals weird to pack it all up. Took me almost 6 months to get it how i wanted.

Anyway - hope to shoot with some of ya'll in a week or so
