No working like a dog through wedns/thursday with just enough time off to shoot!!

Keeping fingers crossed that i can try out/test my long range prowess/ammo this weekend

I am back from 2 weeks working at a client's facility on Long Island and now I can start loading & getting ready for the shoot.

Well I loaded 40 rounds of 45-70 for some long range shootin' . Also loaded up some non-SASS 45-70 (300gn JHP). Just might git a chance to do some huntin out by the younger daughter's place near South Hill.

Listen to cowboy music and loadin' 45LC with real powder ... filled to the brim of course.

Figurin' what I will need to take to cook at the campsite at the range. I will be settin' up camp at the range so I will not be able to join ya'll Friday night.

Thinkin' I will try to git in around 1 or 1:30 so I kin git some shootin' in Friday.

WW - going to try and do some long range shooting meself. If I do not get there in time may ask if I can test some loads out on one of the ranges.

Also might go down to Surry thursday to see LCR and see if a few other things might be ready for use!!

!!!

Did not get to shoot this weekend but checked all me guns and finished the little reloading I needed to do.

Went through me uniforms and ensured I had everything ready to go.

I did realize that my 44 Ruskie and 38spl bullets supply is quite low - and i need to look at powder supply again.

Anyone interested in group buy late fall time frame?

I am more than willing to order, pick up and deliver.

Packing up tha trailer today when MM gets home from werk........ I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo looking forward to this time off. Werk's been okay, but there's been some demotions as of late and I ain't plannin ta git caught up in that mess.

Will, I'll see if'n MM has some extra loads for his derringer, if not ya kin shoot my 32......... anything fer a pard...........
