No shooting for me for a while. Going for surgery orientation today, next Monday bypass surgery. I am under Doc's orders to take it easy until surgery, no long car trips, no physical exertion.

Course the family and I will add ya to our evening thoughts and prayers.

I will post new pics of my USCG RG shooting cart fully loaded down after sunday's shoot - promised the Rugged Gear owner I would.

MM and I have our camper at the range until after Range Wars. We plan to set up some torches and smudge pots Saturday night to see what kind of lighting that will provide for the two stage night blast. Then we plan to spend the night and shoot on Sunday. Hope ta see y'all there.....

Fighting a head cold myself.

Depending on the rest of today/tonight - I may not shoot tomrrow.

Even if that happens I am coming out tomorrow to visit.

I am gonna stay home. Sorry. The Long Island weather got me. Gonna rest up instead. Got a 3-day weekend to recharge.

On a bright note I did finally send in my registration for the 2-day shoot last weekend.

I am going to go out around lunch time to visit and stuff.

Dang weather and getting sick back to back stinks....

I hear tell LIT is in recovery from his surgerory...Hope all is well.

Looks like snorkel and fins maybe in order for any matches this week. I've been firing flares from the bow of the SS Doublewide thru out the night. < Just because I like shooting flares. Tornado sightings (Remington) not far from here last night and mucho rain. I don't think that was a confirmed sighting but the sirens blew for a while.

I've cast about 1000 rounds and have about 200 more lubed and ready to load. Now if I could just start unloading a few more. Three more weeks until Sussex County Range War.

Got another 400-500 rounds cast. Dem shiney little boooolets sur do look purdy! Just need to start loading 'em.

Hope to shoot next Saturday at WP. Weather look fantastic for putting some smoke in the air. In fact may havta take Bertha out and see what she can do about clearing out any remaining bugs.

A Beauty of a day to shoot!

I have little boy soccer and 12 yr old horse support duties.

Talked to Nate - he was very thankful for the SASS reup.

I need to get him one of my set of Open Tops that need new firing pins. I have enough of them OT beauties that leaving one pair with him is just easier.
