Welcome Mordecai.  Good to hear from ya.  Scard one of the knockdowns and it fell outa fear.  It were amazing about that clay though.

PR I'm hoping to shoot at least one of the two days.  Lots on the spring need to do list.  Not to mention the lead inventory is a bit down and casting is in my future.

Howdy Gents,

Looking forward to shooting with you too.  Will probably be next month at the earliest.  I'm currently in Miami for work, and looking forward to returning to the United States this Sunday night.

I've taken an inventory and I need to do a bit of shopping and shell loading before I hit the range.  Have to rustle up some of that beautiful black smokey stuff as well.

I'd still like to gather up wt ya'll around something cold, wet, and flamible if we can get PR and myself to be around at the same time.

WW; I like how you shoot.  If you don't hit it; you'll scare it into submission!  It drops either way!

Ya'll have a great week up North.

MS - I am game for some liquid refreshment!

I was just south in Orlando for some USCG work last week.

Miami is a great place for some good cuban food and a cafe con leche.

I do miss the cuban sandwiches this little place in Key west made...dang now I am getting hungry:)!

If you need a lb or two of the smokey stuff let me know - I am sure we can help you out!

Decisions, decisions... I have a tarde brewing for one of my guns...

Either a apir of stallion/junior p's in 38 with 5.5 barrels (perfect for my buckarettes to be) or a pair of 44 colt OT's with 5.5 barrels.

I am leaning towards the junior P's

Go with the 44Colt OTs.  I love mine.
Raise your buckarette up right....to be a Warthog....shooting only calibers that begin with a "4":
41 Colt
44 Russian
44 Colt
44-40
45 Colt

Just want to let ya'll know that Sod Buster and myself managed to kill a target today.  Mine got me so exited I miss the big target sitting next to it.  SB was confused because it was a slow kill.  It started leaning with the rifle shots and it fell while he was moving to start the pistol string.  It wer a kill and that means we are starting the annual shooting season with a kill.

Fully concur with SB, 'cept I'm partial to the Remington NMA.

The only time my wife ever shot a gun was when I taught her on my .45 single shot front stuffer pistol, and then my 8" Rem NMA .44 after that.  She liked the Rem so much I finished out the session shooting the .45 single shot!  Done messed up and lost my smoke wagon to her!  (and life is good!).  Darn the bad luck; I "needed" to buy a few more Rems, (and life is even better!).

Concrats to SB and WW!

Ya'll have fun today.  I think I can Bertha talk'n from here!

Bertha and my shoulder took a rest this weekend.  She will be back for the Waverly April shoot in prep for roaring at BRR.

We 13 had a GREAT time today to Waverly.  Weather could not have been better.  We had to cancel the long range shooting due to a small lake forming in way of getting to the 300 yard berm so we shot 6 stages.  All I gotta say is "Dang Snakes, I hate em and enough is enough!!!!!!!"

DANG.........................

Snakes, I do not like Snakes, I will not eat them in a house, I will not eat them with a mouse, I will not eat them on a boat i will not eat them with a goat...

What a fun shoot!

And the icing on my cake, among also shooting with that lucky 13 cowboys and gals - I shot another no miss match!

WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, YEHAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

I might just go with them 44's - i already have a set of OT's in 38 and a set of conversions, and another set of conversions being made... - I am probably set with 38's......

Well, I got through defensive tactics without too much damage..... no doubt I WILL be sore for the next couple of days though!  St. Paddy's day weekend and I have to work *spit*.  It promises to be a busy weekend with a lot of green beverages consumed.  I know I won't be bored.  Y'all have a good weekend and I'll see ya at the Gathering........
...and she rides into the SMOKEY sunset on her favorite, half-fast horse, Totally Clueless    Thanks Arcey, Tensleep, Wildcat Will and Querida Kate!!!

Loading ammo, then out to make picture frames using cedar.  Love the smell of freshly cut wood.  Love the sound of a loader making pretty little boolets. GREAT DAY
