Howdy Gents,

I need some good Black Powder bullets like the 158GR. Snake bite Grease Wagons in .38SP and  250gr. 45 LC.   I tried my hand at casting and with a brass mold in the middle of winter I produced some good bullets.    But my Pistols didnt like them.   So I bought another mold, a Lee Six Cavity and in 110 degree weather I made one useable bullet in about an hour and a half...  I just couldnt seem to get the mold hot.  At 110Dregree temp.??????  Forget it.

So I have given up casting and will sell the equipment I have shortly.    So were can I buy some quality Black Powder bullets that hold alot of lube?

DD I would gladly give you some buisness on the bullets your going to cast if you'll sell em.

Thanks Pards,

Howdy RR,

I'm trying very hard to avoid being in competition with my customers that sell bullets.  Mason Stillwell, Springfield Slim and Iron Pony all cast Big Lube™ bullets for sale.  There are probably a few more out there but they don't come to mind this morning.  I need my second cup of coffee. . . .

Where do you live?

These folks live in different parts of the country. Sometimes it makes a difference.
That's bad business! How long do you think I'd stay in operation if it cost me money every time I pulled a job? If he'd pay me that much to stop robbing him, I'd stop robbing him.

Ya probably inherited every penny ya got!

Your profile says you are in the peoples republic of california. So I would suggest Springfield Slim.
I think he is in San Jose. Makes right goog bullets. Regards, TJ

None of 'em make bad boolits.  Go with close and pick 'em up first hand and pay with paper with dead presidents pictures on it.  Don't ask for a receipt.  Have a good pull of fine whiskey on hand.  Business is done this way. . .

Sir.
I am shocked, I say truly shocked that you would suggest that a consumer conduct business in such a way as to evade paying legally adopted sales taxes.
I shall lie awake tonight with dismay in my heart that anyone would attempt such a thing.

Oh no, I wasn't suggesting anything less than legal.  Simply the joy of doing business in person, one on one, value given for value received with the possibility of a small libation to celebrate the transaction. ;)
