Two clean stages fer me at Damascus today, including one after the lunch break. :)

I usually fall apart after lunch (must be those  hotdogs). I actually had no pistol misses until stage 6. Onward and upward, and that's the end of the season (sigh). Now, if'n I can just learn not to miss with the dang scattergun!!!

Anybody here do any CAS shootin' on the Gulf Coast? We're headed there for Jan and Feb, and I'm looking. We'll be in Ocean Springs, Miss., which I believe puts the closest shoot about 80 miles away.

Advice, anyone?

Congrats on the good shooting Book Miser!

I usually fall apart just before lunch, brain fades and goes away, after lunch is ok, at least for a couple of stages.  :)

Thanks.

I'm usually at my worst after a lunch break. To shoot a clean stage with a difficult bonus right after lunch was a real nice thing.

The guys who are really good at this game make it look easy. And I don't mean the national champeens, necessarily, just the local fellers who are always in the top ten. Maybe it's something in my makeup, but there are so many little bits and pieces to be put together in this game, I don't think I'll ever tire of it.

That, and all the fine, zany, and genuine folks that you get to meet.
;D ;D
