The gent this one is going to wanted something: light, unobtrusive, able to carry either his 4 3/4" SAA or 8" M1861, and be historically documented....
so here's my take on a rig worn by some Mejicanos along the Border back in the day...





This the first one of these in this style that I've made - I like it. :)
Oh yeah - it's setup for a lefty cross draw.....

WOW, this is great Nolan.  You have managed to capture the look I prefer for myself here.  Had to look twice to be sure it wasnt a Slim Jim.  If you do not mind my asking, is that a custom mix color?  These look as if they were there.

That's really great. I love the look with the long barrel. That really is nice. Simple and elegant. I also like the shallow curve at the toe, too. Thanks for sharing.
