Well the Killer's still out there.  Eddie bought it in a car wreck and Gene died in the late 80's of a medical condition.  Sam cook went down under some strange circumstances.  Motel owner blew 'im away when he was with a white gal. 

     There was a group what Tipper Gore founded in the 80's called the PMRC.  Thier goal was ta show parents that rock was the devil's music.  They made up booklets with some of the most absurd reading I have ever seen.  Most of it was just plain comical, but what got me real annoyed was the section at the end wherein they made a list of all the rock 'n' rollers who died in an untimely manor and said it was cause they were bound fer hell.
     I imagine Al is only allowed ta listen ta polka music

     I believe it was my Gramma that told me the motel owner story many years ago when she gave me one of Sam's records.  Never crossed ma mind ta doubt her, I was about 10 at the time.

Kind a like Rubin "The Hurricane" Carter.  He didn't die though, just went ta prison.  I aint gonna form an opion based on what Bob Dillian wrote in his song (aint no fan a Bob) but that guy was definately in the wrong place at the right time.
