Alright...I know that David is his brother and it's great to keep it in the family and all...but I've sat through 2 episodes of OWT with David as host and...

he's terrible!  Non-funny jokes, mumbling, not following the camera...

KEITH!!!  We need you!  NOW!!!

To his credit, David cracked that bullwhip purty good.

David?  Go start a KungFu Bullwhippers show.  OWT lovers will appreciate it.

Cajun Saddletramp

Yeah........I didn't like thuh fact he got shot dead on HBO's Deadwood. Gonna miss thuh feller.

As an entertaining show that gave a history lesson that your young ones could watch, WWT has turned into a bloodbath for no obvious reason. Now that we have seen David, let's try Robert.

Where's Keith, when you need him?  It lost it's feel with David, in there.  Time to send off some letters.  :(  ;)

I'm giving David credit for being more comfortable in the role in his second outing. He may be trying too hard, but then again it's only his second day on the job.

Did somone at THC get a great deal on fake blood? Can't use it in their computer antimated recreations so I guess they dumped it all on WWT. The spurting blood from the axe wound was a little lame for a show of this caliber, but on the other hand, I thought the blood bombs used to illustrate bullet wounds work rather well.

I missed the 2nd show.....not really interested after watching the first one though.....will watch this week as it's about the Alamo, but would rather have Kieth, or even the nerdmiester Bobbie!

To his credit, Kieth has a sitcom that's really good and enjoyable to watch.
Well..........Bye!

Yep, David is turing out to be less than what I'd hoped for.  Keith has a natural affinity for the material that David lacks.  Also the spurting blood has to go!  It really detracts from the content of the show.

Four-Eyed Buck

I can agree with IROT, the fake blood detracts from the content. David isn't quite the narrator Keith is..............Buck 8) ::) :o ;D
I might be slow, but I'm mostly accurate.....

The Blood was too Gruesome for my Liking. Made me Near Sick to my Stomach a couple of times.
Was Hardest to see the Lies Perpetrated about Billy the Kid, let alone seeing Pat Garrett Kill him.

I don't mind him.  But maybe its 'cause I would NEVER miss a Kung Fu show when I was young ;D ;D

Besides, WWT is better than 99% of the other shows on cable.

What with the advent of recent cloning achievements, it is somewhat surprising they havent't brought back the Old Man hisself, John Carradine, to fill in for his erstwhile sons! John, whose role as 'Maj. Cassius Starbuckle' in THE MAN WHO SHOT LIBERTY VALANCE gave us a classic example of his oratorical skills, and his role as the definitive 'Undertaker' in THE SHOOTIST, would be an ideal person to do the show; he walks the walk and talks the talk.
Ah well, its just a thought, maybe Kung Fu Carradine is only a hollogram anyway!
Best regards and good viewing!
