Just received my first Bisley.  An absolutely beautiful piece.  Case Colored Frame & Hammer with Dome Blue, 5 1/2" .44 Special, 2 pc. Stag Grips, and Cross-Pin Frame.  The Stag coloring really contrasts nicely with the Case Color and the darker Bone Blue.  I really like the hammer styling.

Bisley models are like Glocks in that people either love 'em or hate 'em in reference to the grip.  No middle ground.

Doc, I luuuuv Bisleys, too - please see if you can't lay that pup on your scanner bed and post us a pic!

Mille grazie!

OK!  I figured it out.  Now I just need to learn how to take better pictures!

Heck; I can miss just as easily with a Bisley as I can with the regular handled revolver but they sure are fun to shoot as are most revolvers.

One more try on some better pictures.  I will apologize now for being so dial up!

Doc, you can post this way also:

When you go to post a reply, under the box and to the left you will notice " > Additional Options...'     -click on that, then click on the browse button.

If the picture is under 100 KB, you can post like that, also.

Actually, I just accidentally click on yours and they came up bigger. Much better way.

Doc,   Very sharp looking revolver.  I agree with you about the grips.  They look fantastic with the dome blue.  I would have to handle a Bisley before ordering one from USFA.  I am just not sure about the grip.  Let us know how she shoots.  Safe shooting.

My Bisleys aren't USFA, (Uberti) but I do love the grip, fits my hands perfectly. I got rid of the plow handles.
The only guns that feel anywhere as good are my Remingtons.
I like my Ruger Bisleys almost as well.

Did the USFA install the grips? The grip to metal fit look absoutely flawless.

Sorry for delay Rawhide Rio, I am on Holiday in Australia and just today got to a computer.  The grips were handled by USFA.  I have found that USFA's fit & finish is always excellent.
