Our NCOWS Marshal "Irish Dave Scott" asked me to upload Great Lakes Freight & Mining Companies reenactment of their monthly train robbery. GLF&MCO is based out of Modoc Indiana.

Besides our monthly shoot we hold for ourselves this is one thing we do for the public (though I must confess the two years I've been a member of GLF&MCO, I've never taken part in this reenactment, but I plan to.) and takes place on the CKS Railroad in Knightstown Indiana.

I don't know if this is something to brag about but the first recorded train robbery happened right here in the good old Hoosier state...and Johnny Ringo was born here.....

As fast as the Marshal'ette is, she'll probably have it playing sometime tomorrow......

This video was created by the grandmother of one of our younger GLFMC members and it seemed like a good opportunity to present yet another facet of NCOWS. The CKS Train Robbery is a very popular attraction  in these parts (both with the public and GLFMC members) and seating frequently sells out for the event. NCOWS is a broad organization that embraces many different aspects of the "real" old West and all varieties of enthusiasts.
