I have not had shells made this way, but I had a 10 ga that I was getting kitted up to shoot a few years back and that is what the guy at RMC suggested.  These are custom made and a bit pricey, but they are virtually indestructable and will last forever.  What he would do is run a batch of standard shells and at the end reset the machine to bore with the thicker wall.
