Another grip related request.

I have managed to get myself a set of antlers from an Red\Elk hybrid deer.

They are massive items and have been kept in a barn for a number of years.

Nice colour and shape to them.

So can anyone point me in the dirrection of some instructions for making grips for my pistols.

The base can be used for my colt clonesa and other parts for my 1858 italian clones.

How to cut., shape  etc.

Searched the site but couldnt quite find what I have been looking for. I know I have seen it somewhere but am lost.

Intend to use the rest of the antlers for knife grips , buttons etc.
