Assault to murder

PLYMOUTH - Police knew there was trouble as soon as they walked into the kitchen of the home on Jamie's Path early Saturday morning. There they found Richard J. Panepinto, 48, shirtless and standing in blood-splattered sweatpants. Police said broken items and blood covered the floor.

The scene in the nearby bathroom was far worse. Panepinto's wife lay on the floor still alive and barely conscious. The two baseball bats and the broom with which he is accused of beating her were red from the same blood pouring from her numerous head wounds. Police wrapped her head in bandages before EMTs rushed her to Jordan Hospital. Police arrested Panepinto and charged him with armed assault to murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. He remains in jail on $5,000 bail. His wife was released from the hospital.

The couple was not alone at the time. Their 10-year-old called the police.

Time to ban baseball bats!!!!!!

I'll pass.  It's just that there are some things on an animal that I don't eat!  I don't eat brains, neither the northern brain nor the southern brain(s).

well the thunderstorm line moved through, nothing bad here just a lot of rain, they had some damage down around Ozark, don't know if it was tornado or just a straight line wind.

Just got off the telephone with Tensleep, him and Miss Annie made it to Stillwater, Ok. today, said he got caught up in a little stormy weather, but nothing bad,
he said to tell everybody they was having a good trip and was looking forward to shooting in the Landrun starting Thur.
said he'd be here Monday, ready to take a look at some turkeys, I told him we'd have both sizes to look at.

Have had a lot of rain today since midnite, have heard 2-6 depending on where yer at, as long as the creeks and rivers stay in we're fine, because we need it.
