here's the same kitten that I had the picture of the other night, he's starting to really get comfortable when we bring him in the house.  he can sleep about anywhere.

I've always said that about myself.  It doesn't matter how much noise is being made, how much light there is, or the surface... I can sleep (just about) anywhere anytime.

Not to turn the view away from the deaths, but I wonder if the folks that came up with that "gun free zone" idea are doing some rethinking.  Very sad!

Yep.  They are probably trying to think of new ways to get guns out of everyone's hands.

I am soooo glad that such people exist.  If they didn't, I (as a gun owner) would never even know that I am a threat to humanity.

My Aunt Rose Stockton-Logan went Home to the Lord last nite at 3:00am.

She was one of the last daughters of the Old 'Horshoe Ranch' of Bakersfield California.

She was a mother, artist, and friend.  She was 91.

Mr. Murphy is alive and well.  Today I'm taking a half vacation day to be with the kids on April break.  Most every other Tuesday, for the last several weeks,the big print job is here when I arrived.  Not today.  In fact it's still AWOL.
