Now, that's something I've wanted for years now.  That looks just great!

I'd have to sell the car and get a truck though. :(

Purty kitty too. :)

Thanks fellers. Actually, as far as dimensions, I sized it to fit in the trunk of my Audi A4 sedan. Put the seats down and it slides right in through the back. It's about 5 feet tall, but only 18 inches deep, and the wheels come off for transport. And as well as the cat, you can just see Abigail, my Labrador retreiver, peeking around the other side.

Haggis, I like the Cart, the Cat, and especially the Lab.  What color is she?  I have a 4 year old chocolate female.

Black Lab, and she'll be 4 on April Fool's day. It fits, trust me on that.  ;D

RattlesnakeJack

Ah .... my first grandchild will be one year old on April Fools Day .... and it fits her, too!  (Starting with her being airlifted to Neonatal Intensive Care in the 'big city" (Calgary) less than 24 hours after her birth, and spending a week there, over a "problem" which turned out to be ....... nothing!)

Here is my latest design.  I designed this to fit in the back of a PT Cruiser.  I call it the "PT Shooter".

GUN CART PLANS

You can download the plans from Lulu.com for a small charge. Being unemployed for over 15 months,
I've had to switch to making a little something from them.

Hi,

I asked this in another forum, but this might be worth posting here as well....

Has anyone tired to put one of these 4 gun wall racks onto a folding golf bag cart?

Just made this one for traveling. I have a 4 wheeler we use for local shoots that needs to be hauled in the Dodge 4 door. Lately with the price of gas when we go to a match far away we drive the wife's KIA (35mpg) so had to make something that would fold up and hold what we need.

Hey... is it gun cart show time?   ;D

Our gun cart is made by Clay Graham and is called Ponderosa. It has room for 4 long guns, has an ammo box and a tool box. M'ette has not found time to "tool it up", but I guess when she's done with it, it will be hers....  ;D

Hi,

I don't think anybody much comes to this thread anymore.

Although it might take more time, I would go back to where you saw a cart you liked, and then use the profile of that member to send him a PM about plans .... as I said, it might take an hour or so to find a couple of plans and PM the owners, but I think you would have much more success that way ..

Best of luck!

When I can find my garage (at least the inside of it,) I would like to make me a guncart. Can't decide on the style but have some ideas.

My current cart is almost impossible to beat. Got it used for $100 and it has carried me and Old Top (and on one occasion 4 of our close friends) comfortably. It holds  5 long guns (originally it was 4 rifles and 1 shotgun, but I noched one opening to make 2 shotguns) It has a top compartment, and a large drawer, and inside of the top compartment has another compartent with a lid.

It is still working just fine
