The total delivered cost may be cheaper for different people from different outfits because they live closer to one of the distributors.  What's cheapest for one person may not end up being the cheapest for another person in a different part of the country.

When the shipping and Hazmat fees get high enough, the actual price per pound of the powder becomes less of a factor.  I'll post the actual delivered price as soon as the powder arrives.  I'm guessin' it will come to around $10 per pound in my hands.
