Can someone explain (in English) the difference between a Marlin 1984c and a Marlin 1894CB ?  I just ordered an 1894c .... Hope I did the right thing !!!
Thanks.

Four-Eyed Buck

The 1894C is  round barreled carbine, 18 1/2" long barrel. Holds 10 .38's or 9 .357's. It can hold 10 .357's with some shortening of the mag spring. The current 1894 CB's have 20" octogon barrels and hold 10 .357's without shortening the mag spring. Both actions are the same, regardless...............Buck 8) ;)

Thank you for the reply.  My biggest concern is that it is SASS legal !
