Has anyone seen the recipe for Jerk Chicken in the food section of Yahoo? If you have (or if you will) I'd like a cooks opinion on it. I'm sure that Delmonico gould beat it, but I'm not much of a cook.

I just thought that was like jerk turkey,  ya grab one up by the neck, jerk and cook it.
We done it for Dixie,  nothing else
