To one and all,
it sure looks as though I've some 'splainin to do. Re: the question 'bout triska tresky (dang it I plum fergot how I spelled it 'tother time) anyway I'm talkin' "bout that big ol' word. Due to the time that I've spent daydreamin' of ridin' with Hoppy, Gene, and Roy durin' enlglish; a touch of dislexia; and a ham fist around 'puters, I'm the poorest speller this side of whatever this is this side of (huh?). Anyhoo, What I was lookin' fer was the definition, which was the fear of the number thirteen.

You stand on it to appear even taller?   You throw it and knock any besmircher cold?  You read the reference section?  You use it to learn the international pronunciation characters and write only using them?  I'm HONGRY!!!!!!!

See the Skool teacher knows what I'm talkin' about.  Before you waste a lot of time doin' research to see if an item was used in the time period of the  "Old West"  look it up in a dictionary and see when the word became common in our language, if folks were talkin' 'bout it, they must have had it. ;D

I just looked up Winchester Rifle, it gives the date of 1870-1875 for it to become common usage.  Well we know it was first produced in 1866 so it was in very common usage by 1870 or so, that makes sense. ;D

No deer loin cheese steaks on sour dough biscuits for Trinity, boiled cabbage and mashed turnips. ;D
