Hickman is about 10-12 miles south of Lincoln, has became a bedroom community full a Yuppies, farmers now go to Bennet for coffee.

Some, not as many as other places, but they've taken over Hickman. ::)

The farmers don't go their for coffee anymore.  Most ain't even really real true Yuppies, just wanna be kind, they is far worse than the real ones. ;D
