I've had plenty of Gyros, but here in the states.  In Germany I've had plenty the Turkish version of the Gyro... all the vendors claimed it was turkey meat when the English mad cow scare was in full force, but I've never had turkey like that.

I had a goat meal at a local mexican resturant once.  Yuck!  Not much flavor....and the meat was grey.

I "think" I've had goat before at a cheap Indian place.  This stuff had a strong flavor!  I didn't enjoy it much.

Had some goat back in the late 60s up on the Waggoner Ranch.
They had some hands on that place from south of the river that knew what was up with cabrito,
not greasy as <spit> mutton <SPIT> , little tougher than buff but not near as tough as horse er mule

Only goat I have ate to dat was made in to "goat sticks"  was good.   Gal I used to know had a sister and BIL lived down SE of Lincoln.  Went there one time, they had a goat, went there next time Billy was gone but we had goat sticks to eat.  As Billy got older he kept buttin' in on things and ended up as goat sticks.

Trinity slaps his knees and lets loose a loud rebel yell.  He reaches for his jug and starts to blow along with litl rooster's singing.

Unfortunately Slim accidentally steps on Trinity's foot, causing Trinity to swing around with the jug and conk little rooster on the haid!  Slim looks at little rooster laying on the floor and wonders why the music stopped.

secret service agents assigned to watch litl rooster rush Trinity and handcuff and hog tie him till they can get the story, about what has happened.

Slim is detained as a material witness.

As litl rooster is loaded into the medical helly-coptor, Slim and Trinity are taken on another one to Guantanamo Bay Cuba and International terroists.

As the hellycopter touches down in Gitmo a Marine hands the Camp Commander two folders. 

One has Trinitee's piture on it and a label, Alias: Iwanna Be Loafin.  It has a red stamp that says Caution:  Consorting to assasinate Pressydential Candeedates.

The second has Slim's piture and a label No known aliases.  It has a giant red stamp that says  BIG TROUBLE: place immediately in solitary.
