Howdy all!

I just picked up one of these. It's in pretty good condition, just some paint missing where the clapper hits the side. It is in it's original orenge box with instruction manual. It says Lyman Ideal Powder Measure No. 55 The Lyman Gun Sight Corp. Middlefield, Conn., U.S.A. There is a price written on the side of the box of $16. Is there any collector value, or should I go ahead and put it to good use?

I just went upstairs and checked some material, as late as 1987 they were still orange and had the clapper.  I have found out although some collect reloading equipment, very little of the stuff will bring that much.  I have Winchester 38-55 mould I use that is around a 100 years old, it cost me about the same as a new Lyman or RCBS mould and this one has it's own handles.  I've got an old Bair C press some collector wanted for his collection, he offered $10, it's worth more than that as a spare.  Some might be worth a bit, but not the common stuff.
