Howdy Pards,

I'm lookin' for a quick reference site where I kin easily access cartridge specifications, dimensions and drawings.  It would be a plus if I could print 'em out.

So, anybody know of a URL where this is available?

Thanks,

Johnboy posted that link over on Openrange in the reloading fourm.  I can't remeber the url for Open Range right now.  We had to do a coplete cleanup on our work computor and lost all our favorites.

Thanks Pards,

This will help.  I'd browsed it up, but not all the drawings are available.  The ones that are are great.

Yup, I was lookin' for the 38-55 Win.  I've been makin' up brass from 30-30 and it works great.  I just wanted to look at the limits.

Thanks,

Do you have a Barnes COTW?  Mine has that drawing.  I could scan it for you later when I get home.  Don't have a scanner or the book here.

Hasn't HANDLOADER done a Cartridge Board article on the 38-55, one of our oldest and best?

Ho, DD.  Though it seems to be down right this minute,I use http://www.again.net/~steve/page8d.htm for dimensions.

Thanks Pards,

I'll poke around HANDLOADER for a few minutes.

Thanks Jack,  That web site's not workin' for the minute.  I'll check it again later.

Thanks a lot.

Here Dick, I may have another book upstairs that will scan better, the picture came out so that the cartridge looks wrinkled. ;D

Thanks a lot Delmonico.

The wrinkles don't hurt and the dimensions are very readable.  I'll print it out.
