Saturday Night off to a 60th party at a club for and old sporting friend.......LOL

A great days shooting,the 44-40 Rugers worked well great to shoot and I came in forth overall for day. .Looking forward now to next weekend and a three day shoot away with Texas.

Thursday.
Pack up the 4x4 ready for the trip out to The Pat Garrett  Buffalo Camp 3 day shoot.

Friday.
Pick up Texas Tall and head out to Mudgee were the shoot his being held,shoot side matches in the afternoon

Saturday.
Shoot main match stages (these stages are shot with all your SASS guns plus a Rifle Calibre Lever gun)

Sunday.
Finish main match stages and shoot offs and pack up to return home with photos

Injuries etc have prevented me from even firing a shot until last month when I went on a hunting trip.

This comming weekend th NZ North Island Champs at Kaikohe.

For the first time my partner is atending.

I've been around but just not too verbose.

For a long while I was going to chuck it all in.

I came accross a severe manifestation of "little man syndrome" and went at it like a bull at a gate.

My partner ( Penny Cillin  , she is a nurse) just kept by me patiently and slowly encouraged me.

I'm back.

Next year I am comming over to the Billy Dixon, and whatever else I can.

As Dakota said we had a top three days at Buffalo Camp, great shoot, great dinner and great company.
