Been over a month since I have been here.

WHAT are you all doing this weekend ?

Saturday. I'm having a day at home with the the little lady.

Sunday.  Going shooting down in Sydney with the Kenthurst Cowboys 

SO I  HOPE YOU ALL WILL HAVE a GREAT WEEKEND

Saturday.Went down to a gunshow at Penrith a western suburb of Sydney.



Sunday.packing the van and getting guns ready for our trip down south to The Duel Downunder shoot against the Kiwi's

Saturday, loading ammo and charging the battery in the pop up camper trailer, Sunday, hopefully travelling the 200 miles to Newtec and having a shot with Dakota and his buddies! I hope it all comes together.

Camped accross the track from Dakota Dan and his lovely bride at the National Championships, sniffing around his campfire cadging nibblies. Doing a whole passel of shooting as well. Great day today, Finally got my 1873 working and sold my motorcycle. Now,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, where's that guy that was selling guns? I spent all my money on my woman, my motorcycles and guns and the rest I just wasted!

Shooting and scoring at the Handgun Rendavous this weekend, Black Powder on Friday, n ew fangles stuff for the rest of the weekend. A big shoot and only 10 minutes from home, gotta love that!

Getting ready for the black powder shoot this morning, one of the younger guys rang in and the club president conned the poor guy into picking up a heap of coffees from MacDonalds. He had to go home and get his wife to help him there was so many. John Triggs drove in a few minutes before the coffee arrived and gratefully accepted a coffee as they were being passed out to the owners. Turns out it was el Presidente's coffee Joh scooped up  . John was non plussed about it. Boy we gave him a bit of stick about it though.

Cold and windy, but a good days shooting was had by all of the soot kings. I was running about helping (probably just getting in the way) and I felt a bit out of it so I bought a cap and ball gun in the middle of the shoot. A Uberti brass framed Texan 44 I think it is. Lotza fun.

Just looked at my last post. It is actually a Pietta apparently, but there is nothing noted on the gun.

I will be doing some BP loading this weekend, travelling 60 miles to the next town to see the guys at the big Service Pistol shoot there, I haven't got time to spend the whole weekend there, I'll take the swag and maybe have a few jars and camp on the range. I'll see how it goes.
