Thangs has been busy with ol' C.J. 'n' gonna get a whole heap busier! As I mentioned last winter, yers truly decided to make a return to competitive figure skating at the ripe old age of 56 (many would say "over-ripe"!) so I'z been skating 3 days a week since January, plus workin 5 days a week. (Them of you which is smart - and thar ain't many! - will notice that adds up to more than 7 days!) Been skating right thru the summer to.

This past week me coach and I agreed yer's truly is gonna take a run at the Adult Nationals in the spring of '07 so thangs is about to get a WHOLE LOT BUSIER! In a few weeks, my skating will start to ramp up to 6 days a week so hangin 'round the bar and drinking is gonna get even more rare (until next spring).

Ain't had much time fer shooting, 'cept the local matches, but I ain't never fergot me Cowboy friends and I'll be comin back one day.

Ya'll take care of yerselves. I wanna see all the same ugly faces when I get back.

Now, whar'd I leave me gunz? Can't shoot up the Saloon without me gunz . . . Whaddya mean they'z RUSTY!

Naw. At 5' 9" and carrying extra weight, I think I'z getting the nickname Moose  Ain't many foolish enough to step out in front of me when I'z zippin 'long the ice. Almost turned me coach into a grease spot on the boards last week but that a long story . . .

Jist got home from razin hell 'round town with me coach - gotta sleep now  - gettin too old fer all this cuttin up!
