Hello.  Newbie, here.  Looking to hopefully start CAS soon, and I'm shopping for info.

On the Charles Daly 1873 rear sight.  Is it the narrow "pinch" type groove along the top of the frame, or is it a more generous cut like the Vaquero or Gaucho?

My eyes are borderline in need of bifocals, and sometimes cannot use the rear sights like those found with the Uberti/Cimmaron-type repros.

I like the looks and reports on the Daly's from what I've seen in magazines.

Thanks for any help.

It's more generous, from what I've seen of them, they look pretty good..........Buck 8) ;)
I might be slow, but I'm mostly accurate.....
