GAF Muster/ catagories?

After looking over the entry form for the muster I have a question. What are the guidelines for Civil War Veteran? Sounds like an interesting catagory but would like more info. TIA, Al.

   At last years muster, CWV  Shot any rifle/ revolver pre 1870. Since this is a CW event , I don't know if that changes the designation or not, I doubt it.      jt
