So, I am at the Fort Des Moines Rangers annual match this weekend and am with some of the NCOWS leadership, and the one question I keep getting asked, is what is the status on the GAF-NCOWS Posse?  Now, I have been quick to say that you are working on it, but what's the deal.  It would seem that we have lost all momentum from the GAF Muster and NCOWS Convention.  Did you do some leg work and find the idea of a GAF-NCOWS Posse unfeasible?

Actually, I will be sending you and several others the by-laws tomorrow if I don't get sidetracked (a common problem the last few weeks) for your review and comments.

As stated elsewhere, I've had very little free time the last few weeks while our house was being replumbed.
