Yep Belt Mt has a base pin the allows you to take off the loading lever. You must however load from a loading stand.

I am headed that way with my ROA's

Paladin,

They are listed in the Midway on-line web site.  There is a photo and a brief technical description.  The Midway item No. is 689891.  Not quite sure how it locks in place as that doesn't show in the photo but it states that it locks with a socket head screw (maybe in through the head of the pin).

I bought a couple that I took a chance on that they would work with the Kirsts too and they work fine and all, but they make the pistols look weird and I only shot with them once and went back to using the Ruger lever and leave off the rammer. The Belt mountains secure same as the Ruger lever, just twist the screw to lock in place. So, my opinion is they work great and unfortunately I don't like the look.
One other thing to consider is that to use the Belt Mountain pins, you need to carry a screw driver with you of sorts. You need to lock the cylinder pin in place. Now when I shoot conversions with the Ruger lever in place and just leave off the rammer, I do not need to twist the screw locked, because the spring in the lever onto the post on the front of the barrel is strong enough to stay put and I do not need to twist the lock screw at all and simply leave it loose. I then can just flip down the lever, pull the pin and drop out the convertor. Something more to consider. The real thing with me was just that 7 1/2 inch round barrel with no lever or ejection rod housing, look too different for me. You may like the look and believe me, you will get asked what the heck you are shooting. No one I that asked had a clue it was ROAs, especially in the FCD catagory.

I'm bettn' my ROAs would look even more wierd.  They have the "adjustable" sights.  I'll stay with the Ruger parts, thank you.
