Howdy All,

I can't believe people have received their May 2006 SASS Cowboy Chronicle, and not complained about the "gamey" blackpowder cowboy featured on the cover! There he is, bird's head Rugers pointing at his crotch, rifle recoil pad hidden under some kind of leather stock boot . . . I mean, who is this guy ? ? ?

Yea i seen it .. always an article in side too about gamers , yep and there`s one on the cover ..don`t look like he`s scareing the timer any eaither ..haha . i think he put his hoster on back asswards too .

BTW--Verbage was about me BUT the picture was not me.  Don't own any birdhead & shot ROA's at WR.   Nice comments tho.  The BP posse was a hoot.  18 out of 21 was shooting BP/Subs!!
    All nasty comments need to be directed towards the photographer & or editor's!

From the picture, I did think it was you. However, now that you point it out, I guess it ain't you after all. Kinda looks like the Frito Bandito-what do you think? Anyhow I enjoyed thinking I was spoofing you, but am glad to learn you haven't gone over to bird's head guns and crotch holsters

Are you going to supply guncarts at EOT in the new location? Too far for me to travel (read too many vaction days away from family) until I am able to retire. Look forward to seeing you again at Winter Range 2007 . . .
