Is it possible to change my Ruger single six with P style grips to Birdshead grips ?
I realy prefer the Birdshead feel.

Howdy, Slicker!

YES!  Call Ruger; they might sell you the parts.  There is also an after market company that USED to be called Qualite'   However, they have been bought-renamed-something, but still in business.  Here's the Midway catalog - but they're backordered at the moment.

They come in Bronze or Stainless.  I've done 2 guns with these parts and am VERY happy.  You WILL have to do the final fitting, 'tho.  I think I have about 10 hrs. work on mine.  Hogue makes the grips and can be had in black or slightly aged white.  The main cutting and fitting is done - you do the rest including the finish polishing.  I normally keep mine shined to where they look almost gold plated!

IM me iffn ya want more details.
